At Canon Flagship Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
